Not quite. With a ball, it all depends on how hard you press: it gets tiring fast and only reaches the surface. INOLYO vibrates on its own, with several intensity levels, and its nubs target the tight spots in your arch. You just rest your foot and it does the work.

It's our most common question. Start on the lowest setting for a few minutes, then increase at your own pace. The massage should always feel good: if it hurts, stop. If you have a recent injury, circulation problems or diabetes, or if you're pregnant, talk to your doctor first.

Many people feel more relaxed after the very first session. For lasting comfort, consistency is key: 10 minutes, morning and evening, for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Every foot is different, so results may vary.

Sit down, place the massager on the floor and rest the arch of your foot on it. Turn it on, pick your intensity, then gently roll from your heel to the ball of your foot. Using it in the morning is a great way to get ready for your first steps of the day.

INOLYO charges with a USB-C cable. A full charge lasts 15 to 20 ten-minute sessions, or about a week with a morning and evening routine. Recharging takes 1 to 2 hours.
